This one starts heavy. I've had this story on my mind ever since I came back from Florida for a friend's wedding. I made an initial episode the day after I got back... it was too much lol. I was so angry at what had happened to me. I collected myself for a bit and recorded this one which I felt much much better about.
Besides this story I talk about how I wasn't an athlete and how I believe Flobility is unlocking athleticism in my body. It's exciting.
