Man, Noah Hooper as we discuss how we mature to the next level of Christian manhood.  What are the marks of maturing and what are the necessary helps to keep growing?

The Crew identify and discuss five essentials to maturing:

1. Develop an Awareness: having a vision of growth (knowing where we are and where we need to get to next)

2. Keep the Pace: maturing is a process; slow growth is lasting growth; don't try to rush it.

3. Find a Father/Mentor: someone farther along who can speak growth into your life.

4. Bring someone else along: one sure way to grow yourself is to invest in the growth of someone coming behind you.

5. God has your back: He is going to finish this work of growth and maturing in your life, trust him.

Start with Identifying and Defining Core Values.  Next, incorporate these four components of annual planning and goal setting:

1. Reflection 

2. Anticipation 

3. Preparation 

4. Consecration
