I have also decided to remove all music from my videos on both channels. For some reason, YouTube likes to put ads on someone's content without giving them a cut.

In this episode, I talk about Coca-Cola introducing a retro version of their signature product from the 1970's when they used sugar cane instead of high fructose corn syrup. I also correct the news media's lies and BS.

In this specific episodes, I talk about Keto friendly beverages and alternatives that they can substitute sugar with Stevia extract and still maintain the taste of their favorite beverages such as their morning coffee and or the wine of the south, sweet tea. I also talk about bottled water and enhancement drops and I also dive into sparkling water and soft drinks.

In this epsiode, I tell you what you need to pay attention to on the nutrition facts labels and what to avoid in addition to sugar substitute which is Stevia Extract. You want to avoid Sugar Alcohol which companies use to simulate the original flavors of food when in fact it's worse than eating raw sugar. Low to no carbs (50 grams or less, I try to limit my carbs to 25 or less). I also recommend that you increase your protein intake. Just pay attention to the number of carbs, sugar, added sugar and sugar alcohol content and you should be okay.

In this video, I talk about what the Keto diet is and what it does and how effective it can be. I started it on April 8th, 2025 and as of today I've lost between 31 and 33 pounds with no exercise. I weighed 316 and the vein company weighed me at 278.6 this past Friday.
