Moving abroad requires some preparations: visa, packing, housing, jobs, school for the kids, plane tickets, health care, language... But there is one thing most experts out there are not talking about - and it's YOUR OWN preparation. Yourself. Who you are when you're moving abroad has a lot to do with how this journey is going to take place. We moved abroad so many times before figuring this part out - and we just couldn't keep it to ourselves. So grab your coffee (or wine, depending on the time you'll listen to this) - and join us on today's episode. BTW we'll also share with you the 5 levels of personal preparations - so you can start paying attention to those.

It's funny how it's sometimes easier for us to love others unconditionally - with their amazing qualities and annoying flaws. But when it comes to us - we put so many conditions. I'll love myself when I'm skinners, smarter, more successful, in a relationship, after my divorce, when I move to another country etc. Today it's Valentine's Day, and what better day to start loving yourself? Easier said than done, we know. That's why we invite you on this super vulnerable and honest episode about loving ourselves unconditionally.

Feeling stressed is natural. So many of us are feeling it more or less depending on our day (or hour?). And it's important to be able to manage it and navigate stress so that it doesn't control our lives. But before we can do that, we got to uncover the real root of our stress. And that's a different story. Because in many cases, what get us to act in a stressful manner, isn't necessarily what caused us to feel stressed in the first place. Honesty and vulnerability is key in this case. But also communication. Once we know the root of our stress, we can better deal with it, communicate it, minimize it and manage it. And that's what we're talking about today. So whether right now you're feeling stressed or not - grab your coffee and let's figure the source together.

There's a very frequent habit among expats to live in their relocation boxes for months after they move. We've heard the phrases 'I haven't had the time to organize it' or 'I'm just here for a short time so I don't see the point of" more than you can imagine. And here we are, telling you - make your house a home as soon as you arrive to your new location. That's how we approach life abroad in a way that serves us better. Making sure we have a place to go back to after a challenging or pleasing day - a place we enjoy, love, feel our best place. A place we can call home. And it's really a feeling. So let's deep dive into what makes a house feel home and how you can ensure you feel this no matter where you live.
