In this week’s episode of The Christ Project Podcast, I’m thrilled to welcome Rev. Scott Sammler-Michael, Senior Co-Minister of UUCM in Montclair, NJ, as we explore themes of forgiveness, reconciliation, and the transformative power of Christ’s teachings.
Together, we reflect on how these teachings provide guidance for authentic living during these challenging times.
Our conversation begins with an examination of the historical exile of Jesus the Christ through the Nicene Creed—a doctrine created in 325 AD to align Christianity with the Roman Empire's political goals.
This shift distanced the Church from the gnostic wisdom of love, unity, and enlightenment at the heart of Jesus’s teachings during his brief ministry around the Sea of Galilee.
Facing Today’s Darkness with Christlike Wisdom
Rev. Scott confronts the troubling rhetoric and behavior that have emerged following recent political events in the United States. Highlighting the words of the president-elect’s supporters, Rev. Scott reflects on how such thirst and lust for vengeance are fundamentally opposed to Christ’s teachings.
He reminds us: "That is not Christ-like. By definition, it is not Christ-like."
This critical lens serves as a reminder of how far public discourse can drift from the core values of compassion, love, and justice.
In response, Kintu draws on the Beatitudes, offering insight into their deeper, often misunderstood meaning. Reflecting on the teaching, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,” Kintu explains how “righteousness” in its original context meant far more than personal virtue or adherence to religious creeds.
Instead, it referred to a profound thirst and yearning to connect with the divine—to be in alignment with the vibration of God. This wisdom interpretation challenges us to embody Christ-like values in a way that transcends dogma and division.
Why This Episode Matters
In these times of fear, division, and authoritarianism, this episode offers a beacon of hope. It’s a call to reclaim the heart of Jesus’s teachings—not as rigid dogma but as a transformative guide to navigating the challenges of modern life.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by fear or despair, this conversation invites you to step into a higher consciousness. At a cosmic level, nothing has changed—the universe continues to unfold according to divine plan.
By embracing the wisdom of Christ’s teachings, we can ground ourselves in love, unity, and hope, becoming active participants in the creation of a more compassionate world.

In this heartfelt episode of The Christ Project Podcast, we reflect on a profound act of forgiveness and reconciliation: welcoming Jesus the Christ and his infinite wisdom back into our hearts and our world.
In 325 AD, Emperor Constantine convened the Council of Nicaea, creating the Nicene Creed—a dogmatic belief system designed to align Christianity with the Roman Empire’s political goals. This decision not only exiled Jesus the Christ but also dismissed the gnostic wisdom of love, unity, and enlightenment he taught.
Today, we ask for forgiveness and invite Jesus the Christ to come home. This isn’t just a historical reckoning but a deeply personal one. It’s a call to reclaim the essence of Christ’s teachings—unconditional love, divine unity, and spiritual awakening—and to embrace the wisdom that was once cast aside.
Let’s take this sacred moment to reflect, forgive, and bring the infinite love and wisdom of Christ back into our lives and communities.
Join us on this journey to deepen your understanding of these teachings, uplift your spirit, and contribute to the creation of a world rooted in love, harmony, and joy.

In this recorded episode of The Christ Project Podcast, we’re exploring a phrase that feels strikingly relevant in light of the election of a self-proclaimed authoritarian dictator as the next president of the United States: “Repent, the End of the World is at Hand.”
Together, we dive into the true meaning of metanoia, often translated as “repent,” and discover that it’s not about fear but about awakening to a higher level of consciousness.
The phrase “Repent, the end of the world is at hand” isn’t about impending doom; rather, it’s a call to look beyond our limited perspectives and embrace a consciousness founded on love, unity, and divine wisdom. By moving beyond ego-driven fears, we align with our highest potential and contribute to building a more compassionate world.
In this episode we ground ourselves in the teachings of Jesus and explore how this transformative shift in awareness allows us to navigate fear, disappointment, and uncertainty. We also draw inspiration from Rumi’s poem, The Guest House, which reminds us to welcome all experiences—joy and sorrow alike—as unexpected visitors. The poem offers a powerful metaphor for approaching life with openness:
The Guest House
This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival.
Welcome and entertain them all! Even if they’re a crowd of sorrows, who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture, Still, treat each guest honorably. He may be clearing you out for some new delight.
Transformative Shadow Work
Learning to love what is unloved within ourselves is where healing begins. Through "shadow work," we embrace and transform the parts of ourselves often hidden in darkness. This practice of self-compassion empowers us to extend love outward, healing both ourselves and the world.
As we connect with our true selves, we transcend the limiting view of “good vs. evil” and instead see life as a harmonious spectrum. This shift in perspective allows us to find light and growth even in times of darkness.
This "end" invites a new beginning—a fresh perspective. By leaning into love, unity, and divine consciousness, we can find peace even in turbulent times, trusting that “the night is always darkest before the dawn.”
Join us in this journey of inspiration and empowerment as we work together to build a world where love and understanding conquer fear.

In this week’s episode of The Christ Project Podcast, we’re celebrating the incredible potential of Kamala Harris as the next President of the United States.
Inspired by an article by David Rothkopf in The Daily Beast titled "Forget the Polls Showing a Dead Heat—Kamala Harris Will Win," I feel confident in the vision he describes. Rothkopf writes, “Harris is the future; Trump is the past,” and I wholeheartedly agree.
On January 20, 2025, Kamala Harris is poised to make history as America’s first woman president, the first woman of color to be commander-in-chief, and the first person of Asian heritage to lead our country. You can read the full article: **Click Here**
Why This Election Is More Than Just Politics
The choice we face next Tuesday goes beyond politics—it’s a defining moment in our nation’s journey. There is immense tension here in the U.S. as people consider the global impact of their vote. Many feel apprehensive and are hesitant to take action because of the high stakes.
This Episode: Manifesting a New Future for America and the World
Join us as we look beyond the fear and envision a future of love, joy, and peace. Rather than focusing solely on Harris as the first woman of color to assume the presidency, we’ll explore what she represents—a nurturing, Divine Feminine energy our world desperately needs.
Why Focus on the Divine Feminine?
Our world needs “mothering” to heal from the destructive, shadow masculine energy rooted in dominance, control, and division. This isn’t about men versus women; it’s about restoring balance.
While the shadow masculine embodies control and fear, the Divine Masculine—the benevolent King, or Christ-like energy—brings love, protection, and wisdom. This balanced energy upholds justice, values harmony, and honors the Divine Feminine.
What We Need: The Divine Masculine and Feminine Working Together
As we bring the nurturing qualities of the Divine Feminine and the protective strength of the Divine Masculine into harmony, we can create a world founded on peace, equality, and compassion. Together, these energies lead us toward a future where love and wisdom guide every action.

In today’s episode of The Christ Project Podcast, we’re diving deep into a powerful Teilhardian principle that shapes our understanding of evolution and spirituality: the Law of Attraction—Connection—Complexity—Consciousness.
Teilhard de Chardin’s vision shows us how, over billions of years, this law has guided evolution, from single-celled bacteria to complex, conscious beings like us. This same law continues to shape our world today, urging humanity to evolve spiritually alongside our technological advancements. But the more pressing question for Teilhard isn’t about technology—it’s about how we as humans can spiritually evolve to create a more just, compassionate, and abundant world for all.
We’ll explore the fascinating trajectory of this evolutionary arrow and how it calls us to higher levels of complexity and consciousness. How can we, as individuals and as a species, keep pace with this spiritual evolution? How can we harness the Law of Attraction to grow in peace, equality, and generosity, becoming more conscious of our role in this divine plan?
In Today’s Live Show, We’ll Discuss:
The Law of Attraction and its connection to the evolution of consciousness.
How this law has guided creation for billions of years, from simple life forms to complex, self-aware beings like humans.
Why it’s crucial for us to wake up to higher levels of consciousness to fulfill our role in God’s evolving creation.
The challenge of contemporary spirituality: How do we as humans keep this evolutionary arrow moving forward and upward toward peace, justice, and compassion?
Join us as we explore the profound spiritual implications of Teilhard’s principles and discuss how we can work together to evolve consciously and spiritually, keeping humanity aligned with God’s plan for creation.

This week on The Christ Project Podcast, we’ll be diving deep into the Law of Attraction and the three essential skills you must practice to manifest a life of love, joy, and prosperity. The Law of Attraction isn’t a whimsical concept—it’s a powerful force that governs our lives. Here’s the core formula:
What I think is what I create.
What I feel is what I attract.
What I imagine is what I become.
And this is true for all of us:
What you think is what you create.
What you feel is what you attract.
What you imagine is what you become.
In this episode, we’ll break down the three essential skills you need to practice in order to harness the Law of Attraction:
Start your day with meditation:
Meditation connects you to your Zone of Genius, where gratitude and abundance thrive. Let go of the beggar’s mindset and embrace a millionaire’s mindset, allowing you to manifest a life of happiness, health, and wealth.
Cultivate a millionaire’s mindset:
Embrace revolutionary thinking and foster a mindset of abundance. By shifting your perspective and breaking free from limiting beliefs, you release yourself from all forms of internal and external bondage. This powerful mindset shift transforms your reality and opens the door to new opportunities for growth and success.
Let go of emotional attachments to your past:This is the key to entering your Zone of Genius. For marginalized individuals, especially East African refugees who have survived by begging, this can be a challenging step, but it’s essential for lasting transformation.
Join me live as we discuss these powerful concepts and practical steps to manifest the magnificent life you’re meant to live. Don’t miss this transformative conversation!
