For 8 years Andrew has been a instrumental part of the Magnavale busines that from its first puyrchase of Via Cold Stores in 2012 has grown to a major UK player with 200,000 pallet places across multiple facilities. He talks about the groups ambitious and innovative plans for the future, not least the developemnt at Thames Enterprise Park, and he and Shane reflect on what modern leadership in the cold chain is all about. 

In the week NewCold unveiled its plans to build Europe's largest automated cold store in Corby, Northamptonshire Shane Brennan asks Jon about the plans; how NewCold has navigated through covid-19; why he believes automated stores are the future of cold chain and why he thinks businesses are continuing to invest in new warehousing inspite of economic downturn.
