We back with a more personal episode with AL and Adrianne and their cousin Steven. In this episode they group talks just about life. AL gets personal about how he was in a dark place not too long ago and what made him go a seek professional help and how that helped him. Adrianne gets into how she wants to start doing things more family oriented and how important family is. Then we get to Steven who recently retired from the military and how he didn’t realize how he was setting his family up for the long run. They also get into some stories about times where they thought they wouldn’t have made it through or maybe they shouldn’t have made it through.

Shola is back with us for another episode and in this episode the fellas and Adrianne go back and talk about growing up and what was a luxury growing up and what wasn’t. They also get into what does Shola like and some of his movies and tv show takes.
