We're going to keep it short and simple this episode! Appreciate the little things in life, because when we move too quickly and can miss the small things. Do not get too high and don't get too low. Remember where you came from and why you started doing something. The moment you going through life too quickly and forget where you came from you'll tend to lose/forget the reason for everything you've done up to this point. So slow down and enjoy everything.
