I am joined by Julia Greensmith from Joyful Connections who is a babywearing dance teacher. We chat how wearing your baby in a carrier can have a soothing effect on a colicky baby and help boost parent's mood too.  

Julia is not only an amazing dance instructor but a mum of 4 too. You may hear her beautiful children in the background of our interview but we know how it is, that fine balance of a working mum and I'm sure you will resonate with that.
