I am joined by Julia Greensmith from Joyful Connections who is a babywearing dance teacher. We chat how wearing your baby in a carrier can have a soothing effect on a colicky baby and help boost parent's mood too.
Julia is not only an amazing dance instructor but a mum of 4 too. You may hear her beautiful children in the background of our interview but we know how it is, that fine balance of a working mum and I'm sure you will resonate with that. It certainly doesn't distract from all of her amazing knowledge. We get to grips on the science behind the fun too.
If you would to know more about Julia who can find her on Instagram @dancing_through_motherhood and Facebook @joyfulconnectionswithjulia and her website https://www.joyful-connections.com/
During Julia's interview she mentions an interview with Sue Doherty and you can listen here https://www.joyful-connections.com/events

This is one for the breastfeeding mummies. I chat with Tamzin West of Seeds of Love who is a breastfeeding councillor. She offers her expert advice on how to optimise your latch to prevent colic symptoms in your baby. We also talk lactose overload and cluster feeding too.
There is also another chance to win colic goodies from our sponsor Colic Calm.
If you'd like to get in contact with Tamzin then you'll find her on Facebook and Instagram @seedsoflovemassagenadyoga.
In this mini series I chat to different experts to help and advise parents through colic.
In this episode I am joined by Becky from Becky Rose Yoga. From her own experience of being a mum to a colicky baby and struggling through maternal mental health issues, she now helps parents struggling with mental health themselves. She offers some amazing words of advice, support and shares some fantastic resources.
