I've been waiting to do this interview for quite some time now, and I'm happy to say it lived up to the hype.
Dr. Dylan Selterman and I sit down to discuss American values and norms, and why the public education system needs a major face lift.
The stigma surrounding "seeing a psychologist" is preventing us from achieving our fullest potential, but how do you change a culture that so many consider "normal". A culture that gives teenagers less freedom than prisoners, and depicts mental struggle as something inherently "abnormal".
Dr. Selterman also gives several recommendations for further reading, which I'll be sure to add to my 2019 reading list. Here are the links (affiliate)
