Today we sit down with members of Leadership Temple, an organization devoted to service, helping people become leaders in their homes, workplaces, and communities. Good leadership isn't easy; many people in high positions don't end up helping the public as much as they ought to. So we assess the difference between good and bad leaders, and what we need to do to better ourselves for leading.

On this episode, Jeff and Nancy sit down with Rosa from Johnson Brothers Ford to talk about engaging with the community around us to make it better, whether that is individually, through an organization, or a business stepping up. In the month of September, Johnson Brothers Ford is doing a can drive and all the items will be donated to Feed My Sheep. Transforming a community takes each of us and each of us can do something!
