We go over a few things to help people make sure they stay on track, and how to see the results they want to see
I had to toss an episode in here about health and fitness lol just felt right. So here's a quick little breakdown of what macros are, why you should track them and why it's beneficial!
1. Don't do drugs
2. This is one of the few drug experiences I have had, this one stands out to me the most because it was the most memorable (and not memorable) one
3. Srsly, don't do drugs
In this episode I talk about my family and a couple things that are unique to my family. I talk about this in the hope that you are able to relate to my story about how my family does unique things.
I ask myself and you, the listeners the question "what would you do differently if you knew nobody would judge you?". I got off on a bit of a tangent, and I think it poses pretty good conversation. Give it a listen, and ask yourself the same question. Really think about it!
This is my very first podcast episode. As mentioned in the podcast, I don't want to make this podcast very fitness and health forward. I will include it here and there, but I want to make this a more of a casual story telling, life lessons, everyday conversation type of podcast.
Please share with friends and family if you enjoy! Thank you for listening :)
