Acts 12:5-24
In Acts 12, the temperature is continuing to “rise” against the church. King Herod Agrippa I has just put to death James, one of the original disciples, and is awaiting to do the same to Peter following the Passover. Amidst the chaos, tension, and persecution, Acts 12 displays our God as a deliverer, a responder, and a prevailer. In light of this revelation, the church is called to remember, pray, and praise.
