Earlier this year I was encouraged (or honestly was pushed beyond my comfort zone) to start this leadership podcast. The experience has certainly been daring at times and amazing.  I discovered that I really love doing this show and I love all of my guests.  It’s a gift and an honor for me that each and every person that comes onto the podcast reserves their time to share their expertise and wisdom with me and my listeners.
