Action items for today.

  1. What is the number one goal that you want to achieve?  Knowing Darren’s formula for life, take out a piece of paper, write down the goal at the top, then write down every single behavior or habit that is sabotaging your progress. It’s important to write every one here.  If you have more than one goal, that’s ok.  Do this process for each goal you have. 
  2. Now, write down all the good habits and behaviors which will lead towards achieving your goals. 
  3. What are the triggers to each of the bad behaviors, and write a who, what, where, and when for each of them.  Do you drink too much when you’re around certain people, do you eat too much at a certain time of day?  This is all good to think through and identify why you’re doing what you’re doing.
