The Confectionist Factory offers some of the most eye-catching and mouth-watering cupcakes, cheesecakes, mini-bunt cakes, fruit bowls, cakesicles, dipped strawberries, and the list goes on. Kizzy has been making confections for years and her creativity and passion show in every one of her delicious offerings. I was 1st tantalized by the Samoa mini-bunt cake. It was gooey with caramel and chocolate and accented with shredded coconut -Unbelievably fantastic! I ordered one of her pineapple fruit bowls that had strawberries, pineapple, and chunks of cheesecake and it was tremendous.
