"It’s heritage not hate” is a common refrain from those who support it.  Is the Confederate flag about preserving southern pride and history or does it symbolize something a lot more sinister.  As public officials, sports executives and military leaders move to take down Confederate statues and ban the the Confederate flag, is it time to put the symbols and statues of the Confederacy in a museum once and for all?
