It doesn't matter what social status you acquire, no one is excused from having a breakdown. It is very significant that people must be educated or learn how to handle breakdowns because if left unattended it may lead to extreme sadness and even bigger challenges.

One important method used in handling breakdowns is letting off the steam. There is nothing wrong in expressing our deepest emotions, some people shout and others break down through heartfelt communication. Another method is through expressions.
