After seven chapters of mistakes, growth, fear, confidence, business, burnout and self-discovery, this episode brings A Beauty.Full Mind together.

I originally entered the beauty industry because I loved what beauty could do on the outside. But over twenty years, I discovered something far more important — real beauty starts with what's happening on the inside.

In this episode, I reflect on the five lessons I wanted every reader to leave the book with: becoming comfortable with discomfort, turning knowledge into action, finding your own path, learning to ask for help and having the confidence to be authentically yourself.
