I am assuming if you are mom in any capacity (but maybe especially to young children and teenagers?) that you have felt overwhelmed and overstimulated, tapped out if you will as some point of another since welcoming your children into the world and your home. Just me? OK well then I guess this video is for me and for anyone who has felt out of control whilst parenting their kids.

All jokes aside, I discuss how this topic of feeling overstimulated as mom arose from one of the group coaching calls that I was leading as well a bunch of super helpful suggestions and supportive messages to help you weather these inevitable storms whether you are on your own with your kids when they happen or you have another responsible adult nearby.
