The trial involving Karen Read, who is accused of killing her then boyfriend John O’Keefe is in its third week of trial. There have been nearly 40 witnesses who have testified, making it what Dan calls a “confusing” trial. The defense claims Read is being framed while the prosecution is trying to prove she hit O’Keefe with her car and left him in the cold to die. Dan wants to know, will a confusing case lead to an acquittal?
