🧔🏻‍♂️ Matt: I think confidence is a learned skill. People think they can’t do anything to be more confident, but I think that’s not true. There’s a relevant English saying here: “fake it till you make it.” In this case that means, if you consistently act more confidently, even if it’s not true, sooner or later it will become true.
🧑🏻 Cong: In my experience I often imagine the moment that I start a conversation with other people a lot and I practice the first sentence I am going to say to them perfectly. Then I take a deep breath and action.
