The Father's Heart of God, our Heavenly Father is the reason for our existence, in fact the Father is the reason for all existence because he prepared creation for us, just as a human father prepares a home for his family.

Our Heavenly Father has left His imprint on the heart of man in that we an innate desire to create offspring that bare our image and likeness. But with the position of fatherhood comes the responsibility of ministry, meaning the position of father is a position responsible for serving our wives and children.

Galatians 5
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.  

The Gifts of The Spirit are for demonstration and manifestation of God's Power and Ability through a believer
The Fruit of The Spirit are the expression of godly character through a believer
Both are necessary in that The Gifts with out godly character can have a disastrous effect in a believers life, in the same way a muscle car in the hands of undisciplined teenager can lead to a very bad outcome.  The contrary is also true, character with our power leads to ineffective ministry, a nice person without any faith or ability to be used as a vessel for healing or any breakthrough in the lives of those to which they minister. 

In this message Pastor Art ministers on the Fruit of the Spirit but in segment focusing mainly on Love because all the other fruit are only possible when Love is at the forefront. In other words all the aspects of Fruit flow from Love

The Beatitudes describe the ideal disciple and his rewards, both present and future. In other words The person whom Jesus describes in this passage has a different quality of character and lifestyle than those still "outside the kingdom."  That’s you and me!
Despite the pressures, stress and  troubles we endure in pursuit of His promises,  we as believers continue to swim against the current of the world, 

Jesus knows this and through these beatitudes He’s not only pronouncing blessings over His followers but also encouraging us, to endure in the Faith as people of God, looking forward to the blessings God has promised. 

At this point none of this may seem to line up with the title of this message but as we continue into the message, it will become clear that in the Beatitudes, Jesus is making it clear to us, that the challenges of being a disciple also means we are continually facing giants

Galatians 5:25 If We [Claim To] Live By The [Holy] Spirit, We Must Also Walk By The Spirit [With Personal Integrity, Godly Character, And Moral Courage—our Conduct Empowered By The Holy Spirit]. Amplified Bible

The trick of the enemy is to make the bible all about us, to put ourselves at the center and forget that it’s all about Jesus. It’s a very subtle trick of the enemy to lead us into self -centeredness and away from Christ consciousness. The hard work of Christian growth, therefore, is to think less of ourselves and our performance and more of Jesus and his performance for us.  
The only way this is possible is by throwing off the shackles of religion and living by the Holy Spirit under His direction and guidance

Proverbs 31:30 Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, but a woman who fears the lord, she shall be praised.

Bible commentary author Matthew Henry states, “This passage is to be applied to individuals, but it may also be applied to the church of God, which is described as a virtuous brideThe Apostle Paul connects the dots when he writes about marriage, saying “This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church” (Eph. 5:32). If Paul considers this to be the profound mystery of the universe, maybe we should rediscover a foundational understanding of Proverbs 31

Proverbs 4:20,21
My son, pay attention to my words;  incline your ear to my sayings. Do not lose sight of them; keep them within your heart.

Through His Word, God , Gives us direction, correction and protection, Just as we give our children, as His children,  God wants the best for us & that is the basis of faith, believing His intentions toward us are for good, not to hurt, punish or destroy us but to prepare us for abundant life on earth and eternal life with Him.
