The Bible talks about trees more then any other living thing other then God and people. But Why ?

Because we know trees offer life and growth, food and shelter.

Throughout history trees have represented physical nourishment and spiritual nourishment.

So my question is…….. Does the way we live our life bring oxygen to other people ?

Are we known for the spiritual nourishment we have and give?

Do our lives prevent erosion in the lives we impact ?

Do we function as people who remove the negative impacts of this harsh world from the lives of our friends and family to avoid pollution in our hearts and theirs?

THE CONNECT GLOBAL TEAM WAS ABLE TO TOUR TWO TOP NOTCH ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN TAMPA FLORIDA

Connect Global promotes education initiatives, funds scholarship programs, and provides other sustainable resources when and where we can in order to support those who educate children.

Earlier this year we told you about a new education initiative expansion in Honduras.  As we continue this expansion through leadership development and infrastructure investments over time we expect to see even more value added for the current students as well as provide more opportunities for growth.

Through our decades long relationship with an educator in Tampa, Florida our executive team was able to make a very positive connection to two schools in the Tampa area.  We believe that these strategic partnerships will help us provide the high level of care and attention that we desire at our school in Honduras, Las Huellas Del Maestro.

RIVERWALK STEM ACADEMY @ JUST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The executive team at Connect Global has known Mr. Kevin McDonald for just about 20 years and have seen his heart for education and development. His most recent promotion finds him as Principal of Just Elementary.

Our introduction to Just Elementary was enlightening and inspiring. We were able to learn how they are honoring the legacy of their namesake, Ernest Everett Just, though their STEM academy. STEM is an acronym for the fields of science, technology, engineering and math. We learned how they use traditional tools along with new and innovative teaching methods to instill a strong foundation for learning within these educational fields.

Dr. Harold Dorrell Briscoe is a writer, speaker, pastor, and public theologian. He focuses on the intersectionality of race, religion, law, and power. He is married to Tracy, and a father to Luke, Noah, Amelia Hope, and Ella Grace.
He is a 2007 graduate of the University of North Florida where he earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science and History. He is a 2009 graduate of the George Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University. There he earned a master's degree in Public Administration with a concentration on Urban Planning. Dorrell worked in local and state government for five years, across Florida, Texas, and Louisiana.
Dorrell also taught at the university level as an adjunct professor teaching public administration, management, and leadership to undergraduate students. While teaching, Dorrell pursued and was awarded a master's degree in Theological Studies at Liberty University in 2015. Dorrell finished his Doctor of Ministry degree at Duke University in 2017.He has a strong passion for the local church, politics, racial justice, equality and international affairs.
He is the founder and Lead Pastor of The Six:Eight Church in Durham, North Carolina. Six:Eight’s vision is to build a gospel community that is intentionally diverse, cross-cultural and neighborhood-centered by engaging and developing ministries in Downtown Durham and the Hayti Community.
