Embrace the suck is a term used by Navy SEALs but you as an athlete can take it and apply it to your training. Do not be afraid of push yourself to the limit. Ask for hardship take it as a way to improve yourself as a human being. That is what it is going to break you through any plateau you may be experiencing.
