Hi Conscious Babes,

I'm so excited to be back for a new season of the podcast! This episode myself and my soul sister & Spiritual Transformation Coach Akeel share with you our first experiences of sitting with the psychedelic healer Ayahuasca a.k.a Mama Ayahuasca. A plant medicine from the Shamans and tribes of the Amazon.  Ayahuasca has the ability to remove the ego and show you who you really are and what life is truly all about. It helps you navigate some of your traumas and emotional wounds that have been hiding within you for a long long time and Mama Aya gives you the opportunity to connect to something bigger and more profound than yourself. We learnt some beautiful lessons from sitting with Aya that have already began to create a ripple effect in our lives and I'm excited to share them with you! :).

A channelled message also came through when I was recording the podcast around trusting your initiation. I had a download that many people in the collective have gone through big spiritual awakenings and initiation processes this year and that they needed some words of encouragement and to know they are not alone in what they are going through. So I trust that someone needs to hear that ❤️🦋
