In this episode, Quazzy brings a live meditation to Insight Timer. He includes EFT tapping that moves through the chakra system with affirmations including. We use spacing and visualization to imagine the energy going through the body. With a runtime of 23 minutes, this meditation may be for the intermediate meditator looking for chakra cleansing, affirmations, and meridian stimulation. In this episode we bring in a special guest, Spiritualist KeAndria “Ko” Brown to help us bring in some affirmations with our EFT, or Emotional Freedom Tapping technique. For those that missed our first EFT episode, Emotional Freedom is a technique in which we tap on Chinese meridian points throughout the body. These points can reduce stress and anxiety, and bring you a sense of calm. This tapping technique paired with affirmations can create a great impact on your reality. Say these words out loud in your voice so that they may move from your consciousness down into your subconscious. Ko shares her light on this episode as the technique is guided by Quaz.

Selenite is a powerful gemstone that is used to clean energy. It can be used to cleanse ones aura, refresh other stones, and bring clean energy to an atmosphere. The duality of effort and non-effort carries life. In the 3rd installment of his Insight Timer Spring Meditations, Quazzy uses the teachings of yin/yang, emptying/filling, and space/creation. Quazzy employs stillness here in ways that he has not before in his insight timers, trusting the viewer to allow harmony to fill in the absence of words. With a light stretching exercise in the beginning, this meditation is a good pick for people at any level.

This is a meditation that is inspired by the feeling of taking a relaxing shower. Imagine the house is quiet and you have made a watery caccoon for your inner stillness. This meditation is good while taking a shower or even just sitting and resting. This is one of my favorites to date, I hope everyone enjoys it.
