This podcast is for mamas who want a Christ-centered spiritual community healing their trauma, who want to raise their children more healed and are breaking generational curses. Alex is a Christ Conscious Practitioner, trauma coach, and Ph.D. candidate in Metaphysical Counseling who serves budding soul-based mompreneur’s turn their side hustle into a thriving empire while healing from generational trauma and raising their children to be completely free of the trauma programming the moms received. The healing and education Alex has achieved has only aided her to be able to help her clients accomplish the same soul-mending. Her clients are finally able to heal their soul wounds so they can achieve their dreams, live in their purpose, and don’t worry about their children cutting them once they're adults because they have healed their hurts and can raise their children in a more healed, whole, and healthy way. We work with the whole family unit but focus on mothers and women who are actively in a child's life to aid in soul healing for the entire family. Our goal is to bring a healthy dynamic back into the nuclear family system to allow all to thrive in life, not just survive.
