God's will is revealed in His constitution; the bible, which is unchangeable. It gives us an understanding of our place and rights as citizens of the kingdom. We as citizens cannot therefore access God's will if we do not know what is written in the constitution. The constitution then produces the law which guides the citizen on the conduct of the kingdom.

For the prove of our citizenship, is the fact that we keep the law by the help of the Holy Spirit.
