In this week's episode, I delve into my past to help you understand how being your true self when setting up your business is honestly the most important thing. If I was given this advice before starting Bluebird Creative then I would have gotten to where I am now a lot quicker. But in some ways, it helped me, even more, to find out who I was and find my own business path.

Today's guest is Lucy Lee owner of jewellery brands Lily Charmed and Scream Pretty. Lucy previously worked in television but wanted a work/life balance after having 2 children and was seeking a more creative outlet, so she set out on a new chapter. She quite literally started Lily Charmed from her kitchen... she on-boarded the babysitter as well as 2 family members.

I loved this conversation, hearing how both Lucy and her sister go from designing the jewellery, both with different techniques, to hearing about their growth, setbacks and ups and downs in growing a successful business.
