It's been a while since I've had a chat with a fellow drummer, so I figured I'd do it in a big way.... This week I have a great time getting to know more about the man behind the kit for Canada's premier Outlaw Country band The Divorcees - Kevin Macintyre.

We'd had a short meeting backstage at the Larlee Creek Hullabaloo Festival in Perth Andover back in 2015 - I could tell right away he was the real deal. The Divorcees are known as one of the best live groups in the country, and I hadn't see them play live until that night. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint!!  

Kevin always plays exactly what the song needs - and his energy is contagious. 

We got on right away it was as if we'd been BFFs for years - just an awesome guy and I hope you all have as good a time watching/listening to this episode as I had making it.
