For the last few weeks, I have kept myself detached from the collective energy regarding this growing pandemic. My life has as definitely been affected, however, I have minimized my time focusing on it until the last few days. In a short time on the other side, I have learned so much about how this collective mind disease is taking hold and I stand completely against it. We must reclaim our focus and make the coronavirus work for us. If we can't go to work, then coronavirus will not be what I am working on!

This conversation is not about how to meditate. It's not really about why you should practice either. This podcast is more about what happens when you meditate. I don't mean you get the tingles or you see lights... This podcast is about what could happen in your life if you practice meditation. Of course, I use my own experience to enhance my perspectives, however, I also- as always- do my best to get out of the way and let the conversation be organic and emergent. We limit ourselves by not facing our fears. However, I think it is just an error in language... the energy you feel when you hear the word... or say the word fear... it can be changed. You can come into a new relationship with what fear is saying to you. And when you are in a new relationship with what is outside of you,  you may understand that you also have the power to change the relationship with what goes on inside of you.

We are in love with joy. We get high on it. What if you can also be in love with fear? In love with your voids? What would you need to think about your experience of unease, your experience of fear that will allow you to welcome those feelings and use them to brighten and energize your life?
