Never before has a podcast done such an extensive exploration on the use of auto-tune in music! I think. I guess. Well maybe… I don’t know. But never has it been done with the charm and warmth that today’s guest brings.
We’ve got another great, and very musical episode for you with special guest, Melbourne singer/song writer, Tim (Timothy) Haines of Low Key Crush and Holiday Program. Tim tells us about his song writing process and is kind enough to let us play a couple of Low Key Crush songs for you.
We talk auto-tune, ancient instruments, and get a bit heavy with violence in media, touching on Barry, The Wire, Catfight and Killing Eve. We finally sort out the etiquette of sharing armrests and whether or not humans truly have free will. No big deal.
