Episode 20 Fred Astaire's Haunting the Bedroom
We’ve got a mammoth episode for you for our season finale!
With special return guest, Nicola Dziadkiewicz (you might know her from Life’s Rich Tapestry ep 8), we go through (almost) every segment and game we’ve done in all our previous eps so far.
We tie up some loose threads that have been dangling in the wind for while.
Lucasz finds it within himself to tell one of his favourite Canada stories.
We cover a whole bunch of tv that we’ve been watching, and share the latest new music we’ve been listening to.
There’s riddles, a trivia battle, and a classic game of 6 Degrees - Jo and Lucasz compete to link two random shows with their (otherwise useless) tv trivia knowledge.
Nicola brings a life altering Life’s Big Question while Lucasz is losing sleep.
We look back in time to 1992. And Jo caps things off with her final Fact of Life for the season.

Life’s Rich Tapestry - the world’s no. 424,952nd best podcast, would you believe! No? Oh... ok.
Bonus Episode - Villains!
Due to us being a bit too disorganised to put out a regular episode, we have dusted off this bonus one from the vault for you this week! We go through our list of top 5 favourite movie villains, that we definitely didn't scramble to put together 10 minutes before we started recording while also having a cheeky cider. Anyway, enjoy!

Episode 19 The New Yoko
As we ended up recording on a very good day this week we talk about being happy! And what one does with oneself when one is actually happy.
In Tea & Television we actually talk about tea for the first time ever, and then a movie that makes Jo very happy - Bohemian Rhapsody!
In Life’s Big Questions we muse about what each of our utopias might be and then call out some dumb song lyrics. What are some dumb song lyrics you know? Write in!
And Jo gives us a few Facts of Life that touch on one of Lucasz's favourite subjects - animation.

Film Gang!
Jurassic Park III: The Evils of Divorce
A monster episode for an episode all about monsters!
Hey film nerds this week we’ve got a special ep as we are joined by Michelle Emin & Kade Robertson to form Film Gang! We do a deep dive analysis on Jurassic Park 3* for some reason. Don’t ask us why. But it’s a lot of fun so come hang out with us for longer than what the actual film goes for!
(Is Jurassic Park 3 just a rip-off of Principal Skinner’s rip-off of Jurassic Park??)
*Warning: All the Spoilers!
Episode 18 The Coriander of the Musical World - with Tim Haines
Never before has a podcast done such an extensive exploration on the use of auto-tune in music! I think. I guess. Well maybe… I don’t know. But never has it been done with the charm and warmth that today’s guest brings.
We’ve got another great, and very musical episode for you with special guest, Melbourne singer/song writer, Tim (Timothy) Haines of Low Key Crush and Holiday Program. Tim tells us about his song writing process and is kind enough to let us play a couple of Low Key Crush songs for you.
We talk auto-tune, ancient instruments, and get a bit heavy with violence in media, touching on Barry, The Wire, Catfight and Killing Eve. We finally sort out the etiquette of sharing armrests and whether or not humans truly have free will. No big deal.
Mild Spoiler Warning for the show Barry. We talk about it generally from 32:28 to 41:00 and it may contain a couple of spoilers through out.

Episode 17 Public Displays of Neutrality
This week we talk favourite states but also manage to show our ignorance for geography. In Tying Up Loose Threads we bring up even more dumb arguments (how can you have more than one birthday per year?!) and cures for hiccups (just pop the kettle on, thanks). In Tea & Television Jo takes us through an emotional Dr. Who episode with Vincent van Gogh, which leads Lucasz to tell us about a run-in with an annoying art patron. Jo rounds out the show with a timely Fact of Life. Are coincidences more a part of the tapestry than other things?...

Episode 16 How Many Other Places in the World Are There?! - with Jacqui Kay
Do you like to party? Yeah, us neither. This week we have special guest, Jacqui Kay, who joins us to swap travel stories and the times we did not partake (squares!) We discuss how to make new friends and that one time Lucasz’s footy team beat Jacqui’s team in a grand final (sorry, were we not supposed to bring that up again?).
We travel to many places including the US, Canada, Mongolia, Bulgaria, Thailand, and Ecuador! We also bring up some more dumb arguments. Jacqui asks us an enlightening Life’s Big Question and drops a couple of her own Facts of Life!

A Special Bonus Episode in which Jo and Lucasz recorded outside on a nice long walk.
They talk about old bike accidents, iced lattes, birds, cats, dogs, horses, food in fiction, being hated by someone and much more!

Episode 15 Frankenstein no.3
Jo tells us all about her early stage acting career before we tie up some loose threads from previous episodes - touching on what is real falsetto, Beethoven, Die Hard vs Home Alone, Radiohead vs Muse (man, we should just talk about these things exclusively in every episode!)
Life's Big Question for this week is about some dumb arguments - but then again, what isn't on this show?
And Lucasz calls out the validity of Jo's deeply questionable Fact of Life.

Episode 14 Hundreds of Hats - with Cass White
In this week’s episode we chat with writer and taekwondo expert Cass White. We talk documentary (& book) “I’ll Be Gone in the Dark”, murder, war, and other morbid curiosities, including the depths some writers delve into to tackle difficult subjects.
Our Life’s Big Questions lead to some misunderstood films and some dud books.
And in Facts of Life…You’ve got hats, I’ve got hats, we’ve all got hats…
