On this weeks episode we are joined by PGA pro and Stack & Tilt expert, Darren Hopwood. We talk about how important it is to have a system and a baseline which you refer to as a coach. This is not only important for the coach but the golfer as well. It makes it very simple for the golfer to see and understand about where they are currently and the path they are on to improvement. We also learn how a 45 minute conversation with the great Butch Harmon saved Darren coaching career.
This is another absolute cracker! You do not want to miss this one!
This week Josh is talking with PGA Professional Simon Lucas. Simon is now the teaching pro at Longridge Golf Club, but you will find out that it hasn't been an easy or straight forward couple of years. In this episode Simon talks about practice and how to get the most out of your practice. A lot of us don't have much time when it comes to practice but we still expect too much of ourselves during our practice time. Simon will give you some brilliant practical takeaways you can use to help structure your own practice time better.
This week Josh is flying solo during his chat with Richie Marsden. Richie is a PGA Professional based at Johnny Foster Golf Academy in Northern Ireland, his speciality is putting. You will find out some great insights into how you can improve your putting and start putting like a tour pro. Along the way Richie may have come up with a new nickname for the king of putting, Phil Kenyon. Richie has been very fortunate to spend a lot of time with Phil during his career so far, listen up to nuggets and pearls he shares along the way.
