The Cosmic Ear Hustle with iiiYansaje T. Muse of 222.9 The Mothership Internet Radio

FULL MOON SPECIAL!!! Isaiah 45:7...Moves in Silence: A 222.9 Double Album Interview with Sincere 529

Tonight is a full in Aquarius/Pisces on the onslaught of partial lunar eclipse in Pisces... So this special edition of The Cosmic Ear Hustle features a man of the Aquarian Sun. The topic? His double poetry album release. This man is Sincere 529.

Album 1, Isaiah 45:7, is a collection of poems that he described as "shadow work."

Album 2, Moves in Silence, places him more in the producer seat. It is album loaded with the poetic bars of others...including mine.

This interview explores Sincere 529's inspirations behind the album, embracing the "dark side," religious views, and sexually charged content. Note: The red wine on both screens was NOT planned!

Make sure you check out Sincere's double album, Isaiah 45:7 and Moves in Silence on all digital streaming platforms. Beam up!

This interview is a piece of both KPVU FM 91.3's history, AND 222.9 The Mothership's! In the summer of 2004, I wandered into KPVU FM, seeking creative outlet while taking summer courses at Prairie View A & M University. Larry Coleman was the station's general manager at the time. Under his management, I blossomed in the areas of production, voice talent, and of course, music drives. 20 years later,  Larry shares his experience in the radio world, including the radio station of my Alma Mater, KPVU FM 91.3 on the campus of Prairie View A&M University!

2 Poets.
2 Prairie View Graduates.
2 From the D9, Omega Psi Phi...the other Zeta Phi Beta.
One...a pioneer paving the way....the other following the panther pawprints.

I, like many, regard Black Snow (Blacks Now) as a godfather of rhyme, and did much to lay the foundation for Houston Texas to become the home to a collective of FIRE poets, while keeping ablaze himself.

He has a huge part to play in Houston's poetry becoming a profession as the founder of Snow industries. In fact, Black Snow was responsible for many of my early poetry features. He is currently hosting "Poetry & Wine" Thursdays at the historic Red Cat Jazz Cafe. For more information, follow him on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/blacksnow11.

He has 5 poetry albums, and you hear him on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays on 222.9 The Mothership Radio's poetry segment, Rhyme: The Underground Gospel. It airs nightly at 6pm CST.  This Aries season AND poetry month, we got to share time and space in this interview about D9, poetry life, and the journey of Black Snow. I am so grateful for this chance to highlight a soul brother who helped pave the poetry path that I and many others walk on today! Beam Up!

First episode, first zodiac house! We spend Aries season interviewing Aries People! Who better than a man who rooted my musical interests?

Dj BlaqIce is from the "D" twice! Dallas and Detroit, I mean. He is a generational storyteller in his mixes, and he was major in laying the foundation for Yours Truly. I guess you can say the groove runs in the family!

Yes, he is a ram-headed Aries in every sense of the word, and we honor him on his solar return! Ase!
