Welcome to the Cosmic Forecast and thank you for joining me on June 5 - 11, 2023.  

As we explore the energy this week we will be motivated by love and it will feel warm, flirty and expressive.  The risk here is if you explore the side where extravagant ideals and especially the expression of extravagance just get an effect out of others or maybe yourself.  This is a dangerous place to be in your emotions because the ego will take over and create some drama.  

With this energy you have to be very aware of where you are holding on to something or someone too tightly.  This can be very damaging to your emotional body and to your relationships with love.  This can move quickly into manipulation and control.  If you become aware of a pattern of holding on just for holding on sake then take a dive into this and ask yourself what you are needing or desiring with this behavior. 

As the week moves on you may find yourself desiring to create some goals.  Review your vision boards and tweak them.  Moving forward is much desired in the energy right now and it is easy energy to grab onto to make your dreams come true.  

Over the weekend there may be an abrupt change in the people in your life, especially work related people.  Know that you are safe in this change and this is an expansion period that may end up with great friendships and personal growth.  

Exciting conversations will be in the mix this week.  Words are exceptionally exciting and  you may find that they even activate some really creative ideas in you, so play away with words this week.

Welcome to the Cosmic Forecast!  Let's explore the energies of May 29 - June 4, 2023.

We begin the week critically thinking about and hopefully executing effective communication.  Now communication has been a theme all year and if you are not expressing what you desire yet, then this is no doubt a root weed in your energy that needs clearing.  

Communication continues to be the theme for the entire week, so let’s just clean it up.  Take time to be clear about your desires and then use the words that accurately describe what that is.  It is time to stop messing around with back and forth thoughts and words.  Being wishy-washy will get you nowhere but taking steps backwards.  If moving forward is your goal then communication is the key factor.  

As your communication becomes stronger, your need to connect also becomes stronger.  You are searching for those who understand you, talk the same language, and are kindred spirits in some way.  If your language will not lead the way, then you can be sure Pluto will bring up your life lessons and magnetize them so you course correct.  

Full moon energies enter into the field this week bringing with it creativity and this deep need to let it out.  If new ideas come flooding in be sure to use language to accurately describe it and think it through so you have a clear picture of what it is.  

Over the weekend passion becomes your power.  However, in this energy there is much to be aware of….for example, money and love.  Both can be addictions, both can be used to manipulate and control, so be very wary about how you use or will be used by this energy.  It will take a great deal of consciousness in order to not be fooled by this powerful energy.  Of course, if you are accurately using language to describe yourself you most likely will not be caught up in this energy.  But if thoughts and language ramble, then this energy & people will use your chaos to sway you.  Your ego most likely will be strong as we never like to be wrong about love and the extravagance of it.  This is the part you will want to write down and be hyper aware of.  
Themes for the week are communication and passionate power.  Both need to be balanced or harmonized this week or you will find yourself in some chaotic hole and next week you will be trying to find your way out. Until next week, have the most enjoyable time on this rock we call Earth.

Welcome to the Cosmic Forecast as we explore the energies of May 22 - 28, 2023.  Shall we say ‘Over the top’ is most likely the theme for the week.

We have so many planets opposing each other in the cosmic field right now that it will most likely feel like you are dead in the water with no wind in sight.

There will be obstacles to your desires. So do not give up when something appears, instead dig deeper into your unconscious, excavate and release what lies there and then dredge forward.  Everything you are experiencing and feeling is helping you move more deeply into your desires.  

Know your worth, trust in your inner knowing, trust your deep desires and allow whatever has to die in you to move forward.  Make it happen.  We are in a death and rebirth pattern for the next 20 years.  I say let’s do it.  

There is a mixture of energies this week and it starts off with rambunctious,  do this, do that, do all the things……but you may want to go internal here and ask yourself what is the most important for YOU, not someone else.  Take your time, think things through, choose what best serves you and your evolution and then take action.  Do not take action first, it will most likely backfire on you.  When you take action first you loose site of ALL the possibilities.  Entertain all the possibilities including the ones outside your normal.  These may hold the most value.  

You may want to seek the familiar, doing things the same way, but there is so much energy again asking you to try something new.  Think about your own uniqueness, the one special thing you bring to the world.  This should be your focus and when it is your focus you will bring something new.  Follow this energy, it will lead you into abundance.  The key to knowing if you are off track is if you find yourself in a competitive frame of mind.  Competition will get you nowhere with this energy because it will derail you.  Find something you love about yourself and engage in that area rather than falling into the competition trap.  

Use any competitive energy with moving yourself forward and the only way to move forward right now is to do the new thing.  The focus is and should be self-actualization or self-mastery and the only way to do this is to offer your gifts to the world.  The one thing that makes you unique - this is the focus of energy for the entire week and it will not give up on you.   If you have a hard time showing yourself off, then open up and change your perception about RECEIVING. This is the transformation button this week.

Welcome to the Cosmic Forecast as we explore the energies of May 15 - 21, 2023. We begin the week feeling inspired.  It is a great time to let go of all anger, resentment, jealousy, anything that puts you in a foul mood.  We have real compassion towards ourselves and we believe we can make all our dreams come true.  With this energy it is recommended to be imaginative, follow your intuition and really leave behind the rigidity of life.  Think about it as the fun days of summer.

This can help you to feel stable and comfortable.  When we really follow the energy there is a real sense of stability deep within you.  It is at a cellular level rather than a mind level and this is what you are looking for this week.  But in order to find this peaceful, stable, comfortable level of life you have to let go of the rigidity.  

In this energy you will feel prosperous, when you let go of dense energy it opens you up to possibilities and the cosmic field is filled with opportunities and possibilities this week.  With this energy achieving your dreams will feel, not only more obtainable but also pleasurable.  You should not feel the hurried, jump into it as we have been feeling.  It should be a more relaxed state and if you are listening to your intuition, your dreams will simply appear as if it were magic.  This is your clue if you are using the energy or not.  You are not overwhelmed with every little thing you are looking for the big picture perspective of your dreams.  Not how to make them come true, but how you will BE in them.  

With dream fulfillment there is also a feeling of money comfort.  Use this time to build wealth, not by purchases of the material world. But wealth that will contribute to self-worth.  Maybe that is saving money, building a retirement, hiring a life coach to empower yourself, whatever will lead you to self-worth is where you should spend money not on material items.  

Here is the big thing to do this week - Release from expectations!  If you are expecting too much, too fast, too slow, too anything it will pull you out of alignment and derail you.  Also, do not use competition this week, again this will derail your dreams.  

The new moon energies are here on the weekend and again this energy supports your growth, and everything new.  This energy is supporting your ambition and motivation, do not fall into the trap of fear with this energy.  If you feel nervous catch it early and do some relaxation of the nervous system so you do not fall into the fear mongering trap.  I highly suggest taking some time this week to review your vision board, make any adjustments, add something new so the Universe knows where to fulfill your dreams.  

The remainder of the weekend is the same grand energy.  It is really setting you up for a powerful future.  Your passion for life should be high, be direct with your dreams, follow the motivating energy and really passionate about what you desire.  With the gates being open to so many possibilities, do not allow your energy to scatter.  Be focused on your dreams and desires and create action steps to make them happen.  Listen to and follow your intuition this week, because if you are too logical you may find yourself stuck in thinking about how its all going to happen.  This is a trap, get out of there and review what you believe in.

Welcome to the Cosmic Forecast for May 8 -14, 2023.

I hope you all use the eclipse energy to pivot.  I know there have been some physical effects like a sort of dizzy euphoria, some headaches, just a feeling of something is changing.  This is the body saying I can’t change quickly enough, so take really good care of the body right now.  Drink plenty of water, eat light and healthy, and exercise so the energy moves through the body rather than allowing it to sit in you and sort of get stuck.  

This coming week is going to be some super expansive energy (it is playing with the pivot energy from last week) which again is why paying close attention to the body is imperative right now. When we have expansive energy, it changes the structure of cells if you allow it to and this is what decreases your energy and hydration levels. 

The moon energy from the full moon is hanging around and it is really pushing you to the limits of exploring and being spontaneous all week long.  It is really the only energy that you need to concern yourself with.   Really follow this energy because it will help you break free from old patterns and being in a rut.  This will come in handy because there is also strong energy to look for results.  All the pivoting you have been doing in your sleep,  unconsciously or consciously should start to be seen in a physical way this week.  

There is so much energy for everything NEW, disruption, change, freedom….whatever words you want to use, the point is, change yourself and break free from limiting thoughts, emotions, beliefs, actions.  I know I have said this before but this week is primal energy for this.  Let your mantra this week be - I break myself free.  

Create a whole new daily routine, if you own a business, feel free to add something creative to what you currently offer.  Have fun in your intimate relationships, do something different.  Challenge yourself to do something different every single day this week.  

This will all become a reality soon as Mercury turns direct on Sunday bringing the unconscious into form.  With this change there will be a quickening happening which is why it is really important to feed the body properly and to incorporate something new in your life.  Jupiter also comes to play and this archetypal energy brings so much expansion again.  It magnifies energies so if you are using the energy as suggested by doing something new and breaking free, by the weekend it will be magnified and whatever you focused on will gain power.  

So, if you are trying new things - what will happen?  Lot’s of new energies, people, places will come into your field.  If you do nothing, then stagnation will magnify.  Hopefully you can see how important it is to really understand how we flow or don’t flow with the Universe.  

To wrap things up there is powerful energy here this week ahead.  Try something new everyday, really pay attention to the body and expect to see some physical manifestations appear in your life.

Welcome to the cosmic Forecast.  Wow!  It’s been a couple of weeks full of energy.  Let’s see what this week's energy will be like.  We start the week out on April 24 with a power punch with Mercury, Mars and Venus playing and responding to each other showing us that it isn’t my way or your way, it would serve you better to see compromise as the greatest asset today and this week.

In the bigger worldview there will be manipulation and it is based in the distorting energy of loss.  When we feel the loss of someone or something we tend to move through the grieving process but this energy will most likely stop you and turn the table so you see your true desires.  It's a tricky platonic way to force growth and create healthier relationships with yourself and others.  

As we move through the week, you should feel a bit more grounded and stable. If you are not feeling the stability I highly suggest you spend some time in gratitude to humble your nervous system.  Also, spend some time and dig deeper into your own psyche to overcome insecurities.  This may include spending time in nature, turning off social media and tv.  This energy will lead you into identifying some hidden secrets you have been keeping out of awareness. 

If you do not spend time with your hidden desires and needs then over the weekend and into the beginning of May the energies will ripen and there will be a magnification of your problems.  This will be marked with confusion and extreme heaviness.  So do your diligence and spend even ½ hour this week really diving deep into what you have not acknowledged about yourself until now.

Welcome to the Cosmic Forecast.  The energy this week is powerful.  So, let’s tap into it this week of April 10 to April 16, 2023.

We start the week out eager to do something new.    Having fun is strong right now but the emotions may want to stop you.    Variety, variety, variety is really being sought.  You most likely will be interested in those who use words that inspire you and want to move you into compelling experiences.  On the flip side and the key to know if you are playing in the lower vibrations is fickleness.  If you are changing your mind frequently, bouncing from one side to the other, this is your clue you are not having fun right now because you are bouncing around from one shiny object to another.

There is much need for growth and to improve this week.  And you will find yourself committing to what serves your purpose this week.  This is a development of consciousness.  With this development you most likely will see true opportunities.  This will provoke you to work with people who have move experience in order to achieve your goal and purpose.  

Really the entire weeks energy is based on growth, soul purpose and moving towards that without any side effects.  So, have fun and stay focused.

The first eclipse of the season is on April 20th.  Use this time to think about what you want to pivot in your life. Fulfilling your goals and purpose is most important as it leads to conscious growth.  So, use eclipse energy to release from a belief that seems more like a plague than a way to live, or a relationship that needs a new path.  Whatever it is, be prepared for it as this energy is superpowered by a total and annular eclipse witnessed as the ‘ring of fire’.

Welcome to the Cosmic Forecast.  The energy this week is powerful.  So, let’s tap into it this week of  April 2 to April 9 , 2023.

We start the week feeling grounded and stable.  It’s a great time to go after your dreams with this stable energy.  Pluto will also help in the creation of your dreams by ridding everything that is standing in the way.  

With this stable energy and things going so well, your mind will create suspicion.  This thread of energy will make you doubt yourself so be watchful for any fear based thoughts and emotions.  It most likely will show up as obsessive thoughts, so know this is your symbols that you have taken up with this suspicious energy.    The best way to combat this energy is to use your intuition.  Stay in meditation a bit longer if fear appears.  
Also, take your time with decisions, try not to rush this will activate that obsessive and suspicious energy. 

By mid week you will feel a need to be in service, however this can quickly turn in to being the savior in peoples lives, so be super aware of this.  It maybe a bit harder to use logic as the week moves on as Neptune wants to carry you out to the stars.  The best way to overcome this dreamy state is to be creative, create an art journal page or paint beautiful spring flowers on your driveway with chalk.  Allow yourself to be dreamy without the energy completely derailing you.  

Then we have full moon energy on April 6th.  In the new world full moon energy brings you new blueprints and delivers them into your cell nucleus.  This full moon will focus on relationships.  Some of the key signs involve the maintenance of them – romance, balance, compromise, negotiation.  You will feel the need to invoke your personal courage in some cases.  This is a great way to use Pluto energy, tap into it to activate your courage – especially if you feel the need to balance the relationship, Pluto can emphasize this energy in you.  
I highly suggest that you use this full moon energy as a healing agent, to balance out yourself where you may have been too self-focused and open to receiving feedback in your relationships.  

You should feel free with the full moon energy because no planet is standing in the way of this.  Because of this free energy - during the weekend you will be curious.  Feel free to mix things up, do things differently.  Have fun and of course communicate and really let your emotions feel the happiness.  If you are feeling a sense of uncertainty, this is the sign that you are on the opposite side of the energy.  
To combat uncertainty, engage the mind or ask your family and friends for some social stimulation.  

I feel like there is a lot of energy this week.  It all plays well together to create happiness and joy in your life.  I am setting the intention that you experience this joy in your life this week and that you feel the power of Pluto as it clears the way for this energy to be experienced.

Hey, Hey…..Welcome to the Cosmic Forecast.  Let’s move forward into this week of March 27 to April 2 , 2023.

I hope you had some time to connect with Pluto this last week.  There is still time to join us in  The Pluto Experience – where we will connect with Pluto for the next 4 months and work with its energy to transform.  You can find the link here and as always please subscribe and share.  

The week begins with communication issues and if this is where Pluto sits in your natal chart then it is a golden opportunity to transform your ability to express yourself.  The big picture of life and a bigger meaning is starting to be seen so please take that into account when you are working on your dreams and plans for the future. 

Try not to make promises to yourself or another because as we move through these upleveling energies those promises may enslave others rather than set them free.

You may feel edgy as we move through the week.  With this energy be watchful if it crosses the line into domination.  The clue that this energy is pushing you to the edge will be feeling restricted or trapped.  If you feel limited, you most likely will have a need to be impulsive.  To counter act this feeling be creative or inventive.  

People are extra touchy right now and communication or lack of communication is mostly the issue.  Be sure to express yourself accurately or there will be relationship problems – this is because of the energies as they grow more intensely over the coming weeks.  I suggest expressing your deep shadows into a journal page and then burn it.  Or find some creative way to express your deepest darkest secrets or over the next few weeks they will become more intense.  

Towards the weekend you should feel more grounded.  With this solid feeling your logic will take the reins and your ability to communicate will be simple.  Be watchful of narrow mindedness or rigid thinking in this energy.  If you find your mind is rigid, go for a walk in nature and allow the earth to help you transform this energy.  
All week long be watchful and open for Pluto energy – working on your shadow side because with all the energies it will bring into your awareness things you have stuffed or silenced within you over the years.  I highly suggest you work through them and if you need help it is good to hire a coach or mentor.
