Tracy became integral to the unfolding of Phoenix's death transition, and she joins me in sharing how Phoenix's energy and communication evolved as she approached the threshold of her death. Tracy shares some more of her own reflections in the wake of the unexpected death of her beloved dog Soonie, and we also speak of grief, surrendering to the process, and the personal journeys we've each had as a result of our individual grief processes.

In what is probably my most rambly podcast yet, I reflect on Time in the death process - our relationship with it, the role it can play, the weight we can choose to give it (or lay down).
