They did it for the love of the game. The did it for the passion of the game. They played the game with all their hearts and souls. They didn’t always make a lot of money, but for the guys that suited up on Saturday and Sunday for years and years, they finally get recognized for their contribution and get inducted into the 2013 AAA Minor League Football Hall of Fame.

Time to talk to some of the newest inductees into the AAA Minor League Football Hall of Fame. This special series because it going to cover-guys you may know-and guys you don’t know-that had a impact on minor league football. That includes indoor football. There stories will amaze you just as much as any NFL player, but with what seems more passion.

So - there has been a lot of talk about the NSFL(National Spring League) and if it is a real league.

We will talk to Everett Herenandez one of the owners of the San Antonio Defenders, and the SW Director of the NSFL, or is he the SW Director? The website now says "NON-PROFIT BOARD"

Are the allogations true about the league and what it is being rumored to be - a fraud? Or is it an opprotunitic way for a few to make a lot of money off a lot of players with hopes and dreams of playing in the NFL? Let's see. We talk with Mr. Hernandez, and possibly more. I have extended het invitation to all of the staff of the NSFL. As Mr. Owl says in the Tootsie Roll Lollipop "Let's find out!"

Welcome to IFL Talk - A Pre-season Edition

Today's guest Doug Plank - former Orlando Predators head coach as well as player and coach on the NFL level. He is also known for wearing the nummber "46" that Buddy Ryan named his defense after.

Although he may not be an IFL coach he still has a lot of light to shine on the indoor game and football as well. I played devil advocate on a question about realistic chances of players to make it to the NFL.

DISCLAIMER: I beieve in the indoor talent. Others do not. That is why I asked him the question about talent in the indoor game. It isn't always nice or politically correct, however I have had that question asked of me SEVERAL times, and I thought I would ask someone who knows football inside and out and played on all levels of football, and get his true opinion about the talent in the indoor league compared to the outdoor game.
