On this week’s episode of The Couch Session, I’m joined by my boy Pres as we dive into the world of content creation and everything that comes with it.We’ll talk about the grind, the competition, and how we’ve built our platforms to where they are today plus the challenges of balancing podcasting and everyday life. On this session, Larry speaks on how he has come to accept that he isn't ready for kids to being "emotional" towards women which never ends well. Two years ago, Larry and his two barbers friends and classmates Corey and Rey came together to talk about them being new barbers in the industry. Now after 2 years they have come back together to talk about being experienced barbers in the industry. Speaking on if they still want to own shops in 3-5 years. Their favorite tools to work with. Balancing work life with personal to paying ourselves and all the way to LLC's. They also talked about the progress they've seen in the past two years within their barbering skills. Picky clients, denying clients, plans outside of the city we work in to what's to come this upcoming year.

On this session, a little longer than usual but an absolute great listen we have Fresh, Larry and his childhood best friend, Nigel. Larry takes some time to speak on something he's been dealing with over the last 5-6 years and heavy the past year, which is the loss of a one of his best friends that's actually still here, Due to the lack of taking care of mental health it completely destroys the 29 year friendship. Take a listen of the bullshit Larry has dealt with all while doing everything he can to save this friendship. The second part of the podcast Larry speaks on some random thoughts. Losing 20 lbs and getting back to where he once was. After being single for about 8 year Larry even divulges he has a new lady in his life that is looking very promising. The boys spoke on their significant others as well and what they are doing differently in their relationships that they hadn't before. This is the last session of the year and it wouldn't be right to not drop. On this short session Larrys in Charlotte with family as the new year approaches. He speaks on what the year taught him to plan and preparation of goals he set for himself. He spoke a little on his favorite podcast he recorded and why it was his favorite to what to expect from him this upcoming year to the things he's working on internally and plan to improve. On this session, Larry and Fre$h decided to sit down with his barbershops owner, Mario Coralles. Showing Mario how they get down on the best podcast for the culture. Of course, starting of with a mental health check going right in to some new music by Pennsylvanias own and his friend Young Bane who's music has been played on the show before. They go into Marios barber origin story and how he came to starting a barbershop amongst a list of sub questions. They talk about Marios ultimate barbering goals and if he will even be a barber forever. Starting another shop, favorite and worse clients and the "why" of it all amongst an an in depth conversation between the 3.

On this session, Ofcourse after the weekly mental health check Larry and Fre$h go in to a short topic of what their version of the bottom is followed up with some random thoughts he reads from the past week. Diving straight in to the main topic Larry speak on a facebook debate with once again someone who calls themselves a Christian yet doing everything they say their against closing the debate with similarities between Islam and Christianity since most don’t know how parallel they are.
