This particular session is a prime example of one of the visions Larry had for this podcast. Being solo on today’s session Larry has a moment of therapy. Expressing he had a rough week and just needed to get some things off his chest. He speaks on what he’s most passionate about which are his goals and aspirations and what it’ll take to accomplish them. Giving advice and dropping gems for others to continue to work on and accomplish their goals no matter how hard it is and how much they want to give up. Most of the time Larry’s an open book but on this session he displays an extra amount of transparency hoping he can be of some help to some one listening. What you will hear is the true meaning of a couch session.

On this episode with the missing of 3 we have 3 life long friends, Larry, Bryant and Nigel. After the shows layout takes a slight unexpected turn they still decide to take a trip down memory lane and reminisce on some of the best, worse and lesson packed years of their life. They talk about their experiences as a well known local Christian rap group who traveled and their passion for being on stage whether it was 3 or 3,000. This show is packed with nothing but great memories and funny stories. They even make an unexpected phone call to the guy who taught them what they know about the studio and performing today. It being so long they even express some feelings and expose some things by bringing them to the surface. On this session they also judge and announce the winner for the Nip challenge from the 4th session and also play music from New Berns own, Kay Miyagi. We welcome you as we sit on the couch.

Put anything in here Back again! on the 4th session of The Couch Session Larry & Julian has a special guest in the building by the name of Marsalis. He comes in to speak on his mentoring program "Making G.R.E.A.T Men". The guys talk about the importance of having a father figure in the home and the life lessons that come with it. Larry highlights alcohol awareness month as a reminder to be responsible (just smoke weed). Julian and Marsalis got into some college memories which led to alot or shoutouts. Larry announce "The Nip Challenge" encouraging all local rappers to submit their best 16 bars to the instrumental "Last time that i checc'd". The will review and the winner will receive a $50 gift card. The session also featured music from the local artist Gee Frazzo. 

On this episode of the couch session, Larry and Julian switch roles. As we get more history behind the couch session, Julian interviews Larry and ask a series of questions that gives the listener a better understanding behind The Couch Session. This particular interview is unique in the way that it actually turns into a podcast through the dialogue that the two have with each other. Some of the questions Larry has to answer were specifically about the podcast and its direction, then there were those questions that for some will hit home.
