Saturday night saw Cory Sandhagen re-enter the bantamweight title picture with a KO victory over Marlon Moraes. Dan and Scott will discuss the 135 pound title picture, some contested rounds - one in particular that had Dan all fired up, and of course the craziest knockout of the year, possibly of all time!

When Marlon Moraes and Cory Sandhagen lock horns this Saturday at UFC Fight Island, Scott and Dan expect a terrific headliner. So in our pre-event episode, The Couchside Judges revisited close split decisions featuring both men to resolve who deserved the victories.

Holly Holm crushed it in her headlining decision victory over Irene Aldana in Abu Dhabi. Scott and Dan discuss the impact of her victory on the women’s 135-pound class. The CSJ team also breaks down a rare split draw on the undercard, between Charles Jourdain and Josh Culibao.

Carlos Condit may be buried on the Fight Island prelims this coming Saturday, but his incredible fight against Robbie Lawler in 2016 is the focal point for Scott and Dan. The CSJ crew rescore it with their patented system to see if the result, a split decision for Lawler, would stand.

Israel Adesanya and Jan Blachowicz leave Fight Island as champions, and they didn’t need the judges’ input either. But, Scott and Dan made sure to break down a main card split decision with scores all over the map, which was surprisingly OK in their eyes.
