• The LPGA's Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G Sunday finish included low rounds of 60 and 61, and an electric two hole playoff.
• Alex was fully entrenched in the Austin East Side Mini Open again this weekend, where he judged the bar crawl mini golf holes for the second year. Check out his videos on Instagram. Next Alex heads to the HEB Center for some Beach Volleyball (in Austin, TX!) where some Paris Olympians will volley for a win in the AVP League.
• In Tuned In, Michael is watching the new season of British Bake Off, which now has an American competitor! Meanwhile, Alex is engrossed in the new Alex Hernandez mini-series.
• This week's guest is Bryan Evans, owner of Texas Two-Step Gaming, a gambling-like establishment outside of Austin, TX that gives back to the community. • LIV Golf wrapped up their season in Dallas with the Team Championship, and Cam Smith's Ripper GC took the grand prize.
• The BMW PGA Championship in Surrey, England ended in heartbreak for Rory McIlroy, who Michael says will never win a big championship ever again.
• On the LPGA Tour, Lydia Ko continued her late season dominance with another win, making a case for golfer of the year.
• In Tuned In, Alex is enjoying a new comedy on on Hulu with a surprisingly unfunny name.
• This week's guest is Kelly Okun, a former professional golfer turned content creator, podcaster, and now Founder and CEO of Fairway to Green, a media company focused on equality and women's sports. Kelly returns to the pod to chat about her new venture, plus what it was like at the Pairs Olympics and Solehim Cup this year.
• The WNBA is now in the postseason, and while we all may be rooting for Caitlin Clark, it doesn't look good for the Fever to get past the Connecticut Sun.

• The 2024 Solheim Cup in Virginia had a suspenseful Sunday singles session, but Team USA held on and claimed victory to bring home the cup for the first time since 2017. Alex and Michael look at the victory and ahead to 2026.
• The PGA Tour was in Napa, CA for the Procore Championship, where Patton Kizzire claimed his second tour victory, coming six years after his first.
• At the Irish Open, Rory slipped away a win to Rasmus Hojgaard, which will all but guarantees Rasmus a spot on tour alongside his twin brother Nicolai for 2025.
• LIV Golf wrapped up their regular season this past weekend, and Jon Rahm took the win and the season point total victory, even though outside of the LIV events he played poorly (or not at all) in the Majors.
• Tiger Woods dropped news of another back surgery last week, which might call into question his regular December appearances.
• The TGL is gearing up for its January launch, and the funny team at St Andre Golf have posted a video showing off what it'll be like when the season kicks off.

• Michael's Sunday was headlined by going to his first ever NFL game in Jacksonville as the Jaguars hosted the Cleveland Browns. Michael shares what it was like attending the game (with a Browns Backers group) and if he would ever go to another one. The rest of the NFL for Alex and Michael was a bit of a crapshoot, as both their teams lost in poor fashion.

• The PGA TOUR was dormant this week, but the big news was the next Match with Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy teeing up against LIV's Brooks Koepka and Bryson DeChambeau.
• The PGA TOUR's Fall kicks off with the Procore Championship where Sahith Theegala will look to defend his title in Napa Valley.

• The TOUR Championship was won by Scottie Scheffler who cruised to victory thanks to a large stroke advantage. Alex and Michael break down Scottie's dominant 2024 season and whether he should be compared to Tiger Woods.
• Boston saw golf return with the LPGA's FM Championship. Alex was on site during the week at TPC Boston and cough up with past guest and 2-time Major Champion Brittany Lincicome, plus up-and-coming 2-time winner Pajaree Anannarukarn from Thailand.

• The PGA Tour's return to Colorado didn't disappoint at Keagan Bradley took his sixth PGA TOUR victory at the BMW Championship. Michael asks: Is Keagan a Hall of Famer?
• The TOUR Championship wraps up the regular season at East Lake, and the guys think a change is in order for the finale, where Scottie Scheffler will start with a 2 stroke lead before he even tees off.
• The AIG Women's British Open capped off the major season in the LPGA, where Lydia Ko added to her gold medal from a couple weeks ago with another major victory. But why did NBC only show 4 total hours of coverage all weekend?
• Golf returns to Boston as the LPGA goes to TPC Boston for their new FM Championship, and Alex will be on-site as he heads home to Boston for his Birthday week.
• In Tuned In, Michael binged the entire run of The Acolyte on Disney+, a show he loved but will never see another season of. Alex, meanwhile, returned to his childhood with a rewatch of The Emperor's New Groove.
• Alex wraps up his time in Beloit, WI with a trip to DC Estate Winery, a family run gem. General Manager Malerie Wirth chats with Alex about everything that goes into making great wine, a great venue, and more.

• The FedEx St Jude kicked off the FedEx Cup Playoffs, and Hideki Matsuyama held on to win on a tumultuous Saturday, but Michael and Alex wonder if all the hype has gone out of the PGA Tour's season ending tournament run.
• The LPGA got a two-time winner at the Scottish Open in Lauren Coughlin, and now the women head to St Andrews and The Old Course for the AIG Women's Open.
• John Daly and Bryson DeChameabue are together in Bryson's "Breaking 50" series on YouTube, and the highlight might be the chocolate milk delivered mid round (and mid beer).
• LIV Golf's Greenbrier event ended in a playoff as Brooks Koepka defeated Jon Rahm, but it was Rahm's supposed interested in leaving LIV that stole headlines this weekend.
• The CoL YouTube channel is active again as Alex's adventure in Beloit start hitting out channel, including 9-holes with just a driver at Red Barn GC.
• Alex is here with the Song of the Summer, a banger that he'll hear live at the Austin Gambler's PBR match this weekend.
• Football is back at the NFL preseason gets under way, and it's highlighted by an incredibly complicated new kickoff rule. Thankfully, college football is back with the classic kickoff, and the first game in Dublin, Ireland.

• Lydia Ko, at the age of just 27, has every color Olympic medal in golf after claiming the Gold in Paris, and is now in the Women's Hall of Fame.
• The Wyndham Championship had a wet start and a wild Sunday finish (that included 3 rounds of golf!) that resulted in Aaron Rai taking his first career victory.
• Matt Kuchar, known for being cheap after not paying his caddy in Mexico several years ago, is back on our sh** list after his selfish move to not finish half a golf hole Sunday evening and make people return to the course Monday morning at the Wyndham.
• The FedEx Cup Playoffs kick off this weekend at the FedEx St Jude, and while Alex says Scottie Scheffler will take the season ending playoff, Michael says you should find a dollar to put down on Rory McIlroy.
• The rest of the Olympics, outside of golf, didn't disappoint either, and Alex and Michael look at men's and women's basketball's supremacy, and how US Women's Soccer keeps winning gold, but nobody seemed to care stateside.

• The Men's Olympic Golf final round was a roller coaster as some crumbled but only Scottie Scheffler prevailed with an amazing back nine to go from prison to the top of the podium.
• Alex's trip to Beloit, WI wraps up with three rounds of golf in three days, including 9 holes with just a driver in his hands.
• The Women take over Golf Le National in Paris for their Olympic event, and Nelly Korda looks to follow Scottie's lead in claiming gold.
• Michael's week at Gen Con, a massive gaming convention in Indianapolis, took him to the floor of Lucas Oil Stadium and an incredible packed convention hall, and a wallet that was a whole lot emptier than he planned.
• Hurricane Debby is now on top of Michael as he returned to Savannah, and historic flooding is already taking place in the soaked Georgia coast.
• Alex is all in on the Olympics, as fellow Quinnipiac alum Ilona Maher headlined USA Rugby's bronze medal.
• This week's guest is Zach Brockman, the president of the Beloit Sky Carp, a Miami Marlins minor league affiliate. Zach shares some of the exciting prospects playing on the team, and how they make memorable experiences at every game for their fans.

• The 3M Open had some crazy moments, including an incredible bounce back and a ball in the arms of a cop, but Johnny Vegas gets back into the winner's circle.
• The surprising drop this week was from Bryson DeChambeau and Donald Trump, who played 18 holes together and made a full video about it. Most distressing was Trump's horrific putting stroke.
• The Paris Olympics are here, and while Scottie Scheffler and Xander Schauffle are the ones we want to see battling it out, Alex and Michael also want to know why there still isn't a team golf event.
• Alex is still enjoying his sabbatical in Beloit, WI, and even got to hop on the Beloit Sky Carp radio broadcast.
• Michael isn't sitting still while Alex vacations, and he heads north to Indianapolis for a massive table top gaming convention which will put him on the ground level of the Colt's stadium,
• In Tuned In, the guys are getting all their Olympic fill as the games kicked off in style under the Eiffel Tower, and Michael has some thoughts on the big Marvel announcement of Robert Downy Jr returning to the MCU.
