The Court of Nerds Podcast (www.thecourtofnerds.com)

So yesterday, many believed (including us) that Superman actor Henry Cavill was exiting the DC Universe. That coupled with the consistent reports that Batfleck ALSO wants out lead us to record this podcast last night. We put some spit shine and polish on it, in an effort to make this one sound good for once and got ready to post it...

...as it's revealed that Cavill was only out of his cameo in Shazam.

STILL

We did a lot of exploring about how to reboot the DCEU if it does need to happen and broke down a lot of interesting biz.

At least this is still better than Cavill's edited out mustache?

It's been one week since we set up shop on Podcast Row at Starrcast, and Ben is feeling the best he has all week so why the hell not record some thoughts on the convention and having orgasmic seats for the historic All In show. Con sickness is real, and Ben hasn't slept in 10 days but he still loves you.

Sami Callihan, the damn Draw, was nice enough to stop by our table at Starrcast's Podcast Row ahead of his meet and great and, of course, his N64 Birthday Invitational Tournament here on Saturday. This is one not to miss, as this is one of the hottest names in all of professional wrestling. Watch out for this one!

Maffew, the mad genius behind the Botchamania series, has a lot of fans out there but perhaps none bigger than our very own Benjamin Raven. The day after rocking a panel with Ron Funches and Tony Schiavone, he sat down with the Court of Nerds here on Starrcast's Buffalo Wild Wings Podcast Row.

Support Maffew's Patreon for Botchamania here, Ben is a longtime supporter and so can you.

The title of this interview episode speaks for itself, MJF stopped by our table, talked some Dojo Pro, being Cody's best friend and eating caviar and then he yelled at people in line. Pretty standard fun stuff, check it out and look out for MJF at All In and Starrcast. He's a blast.

Starrcast is officially in full gear, the lines are long, the vendors are making money and the fans are happy, with all that going on Veda Scott still managed to take some time to talk to us here at The Court of Nerds -- That's So Braven on Starrcast Buffalo Wild Wings Podcast Row.

Our wrestling guys from That's So Braven are in Metro Chicago all weekend long for Starrcast, and we started things off with a bang with independent wrestling and podcast king Colt Cabana.

Colt is All In in the Over-the-Budget Battle Royal on WGN America at 6 p.m. EST. We had a little fun interview with him as Friday's festivities kicked off.

We talk about other stuff than wrestling, we promise. DC Universe streaming service, Star Wars, some Starrcast.

Ye, we know this was recorded two weeks ago. Yes we know the world has changed sense then, but summer is a busy time, and Kevin and Stacey have things to do... Besides, Sledge can only take so much joking about sitting on a giant battery that moves.

This week we talk about Sledge's recent purchase, and then talk about what ever comes into our minds. It's kinda free flowing like that. Oh, and we talk about Elon Musk again. Musk might be in trouble with the SEC, but somehow the future still seems to his to command.

Benjamin Raven has some late-night coffee after five hours of SumerSlam on Sunday, Aug. 19 to bring you another episode of That's So Braven. With the help of Drew, Ben breaks down the weekend that was TakeOver Brooklyn IV and SummerSlam. All the spoilers. Enjoy.
