There are some traumas that we have to heal from that's caused by others, but what about the hurt we cause to ourselves. In this episode, I'm talking about healing from me! Truth is, God has always given me direction but I didn't always want to accept it. I've learned that there is difference in making mistakes in ignorance and being willfully disobedient! There are major consequences in doing things your way! Let's talk about it!

We can pick our friends, but we don't get to choose our family. Some family members are easy to love, but what do you do when it's hard! How do you overcome family trauma, hurt, abandonment, abuse? It's one thing to forgive a friend, but forgiving family hits different! Let's talk about it!

Divorce is hard, divorce is scary, divorce is vulnerable, divorce is stressful, divorce is embarrassing but sometimes DIVORCE is necessary! Don't hold yourself in bondage for something GOD never put his stamp on! Divorce is not only a NECESSARY ending, but a BEAUTIFUL BEGINNING!

I once read that the key to having a successful life is learning the magic of successful relationships. Often times we struggle because we mishandle/ “miscategorize” the relationships in our lives. Sis has struggled in this category! I am Sis! lol 

What I've come to learn for sure is that just because you're “Christian”, doesn't mean you have it all together! Sadly, some people condemn you for your mistakes and as a result, you experience Church Hurt..........fam, let's talk about it!

Grief is something we all have to experience. It's painful and sometimes overwhelming, but with God, you can go from GRIEF to GRACE. 

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in life, it’s not about what happens to you, but how you go through it. How do you deal with the things that hurt you? The things that you try to hide, the things that make you afraid, the things that challenge you, the things that make you feel uncomfortable?!
