What happens when we allow experiences to define who we are or protect the status quo in lieu of securing our purpose in Christ?

Can you hear that irresistible call to step out from the familiar… to let go of who we think we are and pursue who we are created to be?

God intends for us to seek rest for our body, spirit, soul and mind. This is also a form of worship that helps realign us with His divine will and purpose.

Everything comes down to relationships. And the greatest is the relationship God desires to have with us.

God wants it all… but He cannot take it from us. Sacrifice starts with our heart, is propelled by faith, enacted in love, and is manifested in obedience.

There are investments worth making, battles worth fighting, and disciplines worth pursuing. In each, we must consider the cost and commit to accomplishing them.

We have not and cannot earn life’s many blessings. How can grace teach us to see each other not just as we are but as God purposed us to be?

In due time, we will each come face to face with our Goliath. So, how do the things we do in obscurity prepare us for the bright lights of the big stage?

How do we respond when confronted with the misfortunes or suffering of others? The example of the Good Samaritan can serve as a useful guide.

Let’s face it… every now and then, we could all use a break. But how do we ensure that the break is not a departure from our purpose and calling.
