The four branch library system plays an instrumental role in serving our community. It has more than 1 million items in their collection and electronic resources online. It also offers a variety of fun and informative programs and classes. Citizens can also visit art exhibits and pick up free museums and park passes and more through the library.

Get behind-the-scenes with Warden Larry Clifton of the Corrections Division.
Warden Clifton has been with Coweta County for almost 25 years. He oversees the Coweta County Prison & Work Release Program, along with Animal Services.
Warden Clifton began his career with the Corrections Division as an Officer in October 1999, working his way up the ranks and serving in various positions within the department. In 2021, he was recommended by the Board of Commissioners and approved as Warden of the Coweta County Prison by the Georgia Board of Corrections.
