-On this episode of The Coy Pond we went through every single NFL team's preseason week 2 what to watch for. Some teams are still having positional battles on the defense, some teams are already riddled with injury and signing anyone, and a couple teams still do not know who will be starting week 1 of the regular season. Gotta love the start to another NFL season. Which NFL team do you think is in the worst shape right now going into the 2025 season? Leave a comment below!

- Who do you think should make it into the hall of fame next year? Eli Manning and Philip Rivers are on deck and its going to be a debate!

-This week on The Coy Pond we enjoyed talking about the 2025 Hall Of Fame game and some key takeaways. The Chargers came out swinging being led by Trey Lance who has not always had great preseason games. The Lions didn't look quite as good but it is only preseason there's no reason to worry...right? Of course you cannot talk about the NFL right now without bringing up the trade threats going around the NFL between Micah Parsons and Terry McLaurin. More than likely they both stay with their respected teams but what if one of them left? Plenty going on this week in the NFL and lord knows it will somehow only get more and more crazy.

- The boys are back giving you some of their hottest takes going into the 2025 season. Which one do you think was the most outlandish??

- This week on The Coy Pond we are doing another remote episode going over our hottest takes for the 2025 NFL season. Typically Matt and myself have some pretty outlandish opinions when it comes to the NFL so we decided why not make a video all about our craziest opinions. Do you think someone other than the Kansas City Chiefs will win the AFC West this year? Is Mike McDaniel's in trouble if the Miami Dolphins get out to a tough start? These are just some of the questions we posed this week and don't worry there are plenty more questions asked in this episode. Which take was the hottest to you? Leave a comment

- Will the Philadelphia Eagles continue to dominant the NFC East this offseason or will the 21 year curse of no one winning the division back to back continue?

- In this episode of The Coy Pond we went over the NFC East to see what kind of moves each team has been making and where we think they will stack up at the end of the year. The reigning Superbowl champs Philadelphia Eagles are going to be a dominant force this upcoming season and maybe the only team that will be able to beat them is themselves? Can the Eagles survive the Superbowl hangover? The Washington Commanders had an amazing season last year with rookie Jayden Daniels and new head coach Dan Quinn. They've done nothing but add to this team and they could have another great year. Will the sophomore slump turn out to be real for Jayden Daniels? The Dallas Cowboys are slowly putting together a more complete team this year adding people like Javonte Williams and George Pickens. However their defense still appears banged up early on and unpaid (Micah Parsons). Will they be able to regain home field advantage? The New York Giants are doing everything they can to win more than three games this year. They had a great draft and Brian Daboll believes he has a guy with Jaxson Dart. For Daboll's sake I hope Dart is his guy because if he isn't who knows what happens. Do you think by the end of the year Dart will be the starting quarterback for the Giants?

- Who is the dominant force in the AFC East this upcoming season? Can the Bills repeat for the 6th year in a row or is there a new champion rising to the occasion?

- In this episode of The Coy Pond we went through the four teams that makeup the AFC East and gave our predictions. The Buffalo Bills have been dominating this division for five years will anyone rise to the occasion and dethrone them? Hard to make a case for it with Josh Allen and James cook coming off a dominating season. The New England Patriots have gotten worlds better this offseason making Mike Vrabel the new head coach, adding Stefon Diggs, and drafting Will Campbell. The Miami Dolphins have made some questionable moves this offseason neither getting particularly better or worse. A lot will hang on this team staying healthy for the upcoming season. Lastly we have the New York Jets recently resigning superstars Garrett Wilson and Sauce Gardner leading us to believe the Jets are here to stay being led by Justin Fields this year. Between this teams ability to run and a defensive minded Aaron Glenn as new head coach the Jets could be a threat once again. Who do you think will win the AFC East this upcoming season?

- **Audio got messed up and I tried to save it the best I could, apologies in advance**

- This week on The Coy Pond we went through the NFC North and looked at each teams off season moves to see where they currently stand in division. The NFC North in 2024 was a dominant division that saw multiple teams finish with double digit victories. Most notably the Detroit Lions went 15-2 then sadly lost in the divisional round of the playoffs. There would be no surprises if at least two teams in this division finished the season with double digit victories again but who will it be? The Chicago Bears made some great moves improving their offensive line and coaching as they signed Ben Johnson in the offseason. The Detroit Lions lost very few players in free agency and could continue to dominate in the 2025 season. The Green Bay Packers made minor mistakes during the 2024 season and if some playmakers stay healthy maybe this upcoming season they could make a run. Lastly the Minnesota Vikings surprised everyone with a 14-3 record led by Sam Darnold who is no longer there. Will they be able to repeat with J.J. McCarthy?

Leave a comment below on who you think wins the division this year!!

- Looking forward to the AFC North in the 2025 NFL season who will emerge the winner? Will the Ravens continue their dominance or can one of the other three teams steal the crown?

- In this episode of The Coy Pond we explore what the AFC North may look like in the 2025 NFL season. As usual the Ravens have made moves in the draft and free agency to stack an already stacked roster. Will this be enough finally for the Ravens to make it to the super bowl? The Steelers have surprised many by trading for key positions and signing veteran QB Aaron Rodgers. No doubt the Steelers are not done yet though because they still need to sign star DT T.J. Watt. The Bengals have actually paid players for once but are struggling to sign their first round pick and star defensive player. Hopefully this won't last much longer and Joe Burrow will have some form of a defense. Lastly the Browns, per usual, are a bit of a mess. Having numerous quarterbacks to pick from who knows who will be starting coming September. Maybe this is the time the Browns get lucky and find a unicorn in one of the new QBs. On the bright side they got approved funding for their new stadium at least. Always something going on in the AFC North and come December it will still be some of the best divisional rivalries to watch!Let me know which team you are most excited to watch next year in the comments below!

- The Los Angeles Chargers are coming off an overachieving season that ended quickly and without mercy. What have they done in the offseason to flip the script for 2025?

- In this episode of The Coy Pond we go over our five keys to success for the Los Angeles Chargers. Last season was Harbaughs first year as the Chargers head coach and one of their best in the last several years. Some issues with the Chargers were quickly addressed while other unknown issues showed through. The Chargers defense quickly became one of their strong suits while the offense quickly became a problem. What will Harbaugh do in his second season? So far he has tried to add key people to the offensive line, drafted key players for the defense, and provided way more weapons on the offensive side of the ball. Will this be enough to get the Chargers over the hump in the 2025 season? Leave a comment and let me know what you think of their moves so far.

- The Cowboys are going into the 2025 season with some demons from last year. Will be able to overcome these issues with a new head coach and some shiny additions to the team?

- In this episode of The Coy Pond we took a look at what the Dallas Cowboys need to do in order to be successful in the 2025 season. The 2024 season went anything but planned from not investing in running backs all the way to injuries plaguing this team. Looking ahead to the 2025 season things are looking up with additions being made to the running back room, wide receiver room, and having a new head coach. Brian Schottenheimer will be bringing some freshness to the team and having George Pickens allows for new opportunities on the offensive side of the ball. With Zach Martin leaving filling that hole will be a challenge as its no secret that Dak Prescott will need to stay healthy for this team to have a shot in the post season. Defense staying healthy will be another huge factor as Overshown & Parsons were injured throughout the season. The Cowboys did draft some key defensive players that could help fill holes that showed last season. What do you think will be the biggest problem for the Dallas Cowboys next year? Leave a Comment
