An RCMP intelligence director has been charged with seven counts dating as far back as 2015, including breach of trust, communicating "special operational information," and obtaining information in order to pass it to a "foreign entity." National security expert and assistant professors at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University, Stephanie Carvin, joins Craig to discuss.
