The Crease Dive

Well here we are, people. Memorial Day Weekend is finally upon us and we've got the Final Four at Gillette Stadium on deck. The boys were joined by Duke goalie Danny Fowler and defenseman JT Giles-Harris [3:12-26:25] to preview their matchup against the reigning champs on Saturday. Then the boys rip the final weekend preview of the season starting off with the Albany vs Yale matchup [27:00-40:52] and then wrap things up with Duke vs Maryland [41:12-58:35].

The boys hopped on Instagram Live and after Jordie ran into some technical difficulties getting his phone to work, he was replaced by former National Champion and Tewaaraton Award winner Matt Rambo from Maryland [1:35-10:43]. After Rambo hopped off, Robby O was joined by Albany freshman phenom Tehoka Nanticoke [10:45-31:20] to talk about his games this weekend, but mostly Fortnite.

Jordie was riding solo this week after work took Robby O away from the mics for a week and a guest ended up falling through at the last minute. But the show must go on and we're now at the 2nd to last weekend of the 2018 college lacrosse season. Hear the breakdown of all 4 quarterfinal matchups coming up this weekend. We've got Yale vs Loyola [2:35-10:45], and Albany vs Denver [11:00-18:50] on Saturday. Then on Sunday we have Duke vs Hopkins [19:05-24:00] and wrap things up with Maryland vs Cornell [24:05-31:50].

The Boys hopped on Instagram Live after the first round games were finished on Sunday night to recap the whole weekend and take your questions. Highlights include Shack Stanwick's OT dagger, Pat Spencer being an absolute animal, a matchup on the horizon between Baptiste and Ierlan, and then some All-American talk. Moving on to the quarterfinals will be Yale, Duke, Albany, Loyola, Maryland, Denver, Hopkins and Cornell.

The first round of the NCAA Tournament is finally here. The fellas start things off by breaking down first 4 games of the weekend on Saturday [3:15-28:03]. Then Duke senior attackman, Tewaaraton Finalist, and the first ever guest on The Crease Dive Justin Guterding makes his return to talk to us about Duke's first round matchup against Villanova [28:23-51:05]. And then the boys wrap things up by breaking down the Sunday slate of games to close out the first round of the tournament [51:35-1:17:55].

It's the final weekend before the NCAA Tournament gets underway. The boys start things off by recapping the semifinal games in the Big Ten, Big East and America East [2:05-19:10]. Then Ryder Garnsey stops by [19:30-46:55] to talk about Notre Dame winning the ACC Championship last weekend as well as his 3-year career at ND so far. Then the fellas wrap things up by previewing the final slate of games for Conference Championship Weekend [47:40-1:09:30].

The fellas recap the 2nd to last weekend in the 2018 college lacrosse regular season. Starting off with The Rivalry Part 116 between Maryland vs Hopkins. Then the boys recap the ACC Tournament, the Patriot League Tournament, and wrap things up by breaking down The Crease Dive Top 10.

Episode 14 was a monster so the boys cut this sucker in half. Part 2 features our preview of some huge games on deck for this weekend. The fellas start off by talking about the ACC Tournament getting underway with Duke vs Notre Dame and Syracuse vs Virginia [0:26-7:55]. From the ACC tournament, the boys take on the Patriot League Tournament with Loyola vs BU and Navy vs Lehigh [8:00-16:35]. Finally, the squad wraps things up by talking about the biggest rivalry the sport has to offer, Maryland vs Hopkins week and the impact this game has on Big Ten seeding [16:50-22:25].
